    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    Specific Responsibilities: 

    1. Upload Master Service Agreements (MSAs) into Ariba and perform MSA updates as necessary.
    2. Create, upload, and update supplier-level and line item-level Pricing Agreements in Ariba.
    3. Maintain Commodity Codes and mapping to General Ledger (G/L) Accounts within Ariba.
    4. Support Supplier On-boarding Process, add new suppliers to the Ariba Network, and maintain supplier database.
    5. Support Master Data creation and maintenance.
    6. Gather data, develop, and distribute reports to measure S2P and system KPIs.
    7. Coordinate resolution of Supply Chain transactional and data issues to streamline the S2P process.
    8. Perform various activities to facilitate the execution of the S2P process in Apache systems.
    9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders.

    Job Qualifications

    Professional Qualifications & Experience:

     

    EDUCATION:    

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or relevant Business / Technical discipline
    • Master’s degree in relevant Business / Technical discipline is preferred
    • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is preferred

    EXPERIENCE:   

    • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
    • Demonstrated proficiency with procurement applications and ERP systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
    • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
    • 1+ years of procurement experience is preferred
    • Experience in Upstream Oil & Gas is preferred
