Position Title: IT Analyst Sr/Staff, Geoscience Computing
Location: Houston, TX
The IT Analyst Sr Staff supports and maintains Apache’s geoscience and geophysics interpretation workflows through data management and integration of key Apache PetroTechnical applications.
Successful candidates must demonstrate competency in various geoscience and geophysics applications, understand and provide guidance on specific PetroTechnical data types, provide strategic direction for workflows that focus on data quality and data accuracy, and must be capable of streamlining manual processes based on traditional project data loading techniques.
Candidate must also demonstrate project management skills with the ability to effectively gather requirements, document workflows, and participate on project teams.
