    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    The IT Customer Support Analyst II is responsible for providing high quality Tier I and II support for Permian Region employees and contractors in the Midland office and Permian area field office locations.



    • Candidate will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient technical support to customers using the application Service-Now to manage end-user support requests;
    • Work and collaborate regional IT team and our corporate IT support teams;
    • Perform technical troubleshooting for software and hardware issues in a Windows 7 and Windows 10 environment, including Office 2016, Microsoft Skype for Business, Citrix and industry related software;
    • Perform configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of hardware:
      • Laptops, desktops, workstations, VOIP phones;
      • Copiers, printers, plotters; and
      • Mobile devices.
    • Provide assistance in troubleshooting network/communications issues:
      • LAN, WAN, Wireless, Radio communications
    • Provide assistance and support for audio and video conferences;
    • Develop and document IT procedures;
    • Travel to field offices for support and training as necessary; and
    • Work as part of an on-call rotation.

    Job Qualifications


    • Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology or related field;
    • Computer software and hardware certifications a plus;
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Skills Required:

    • Must have thorough understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, applications and their interaction;
    • Candidate must have experience supporting:
      • Windows 7, Windows 10;
      • MS Office Suite, Internet Explorer; and
      • Applications in a Citrix environment.
    • Basic understanding of networking, TCP/IP.
