    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    Provide continued onsite job training to key personal to help ensure that proper measurement occurs via LACT or Hand Run sales.
    Schedule and Witness monthly meter proving’s to ensure they meet API guidelines, BLM standards, University of Texas, Rail Road Commission and Company spec’s
    Assist in the inspection, upkeep, and maintenance of Apache’s custody transfer LACT units by providing assistance in securing the best and most cost effective solution to any maintenance issues that may arise with the LACT
    Work as a liaison between all governing agencies to ensure Apache is meeting the requirements of each group, when we are selling NGL’s or Condensate out of LACT or Hand Run.
    During monthly meter proving’s inspect LACTs to ensure they meet proper seal/security requirements and if seals are lacking make the proper notifications.
    Evaluate existing Apache LACT equipment and make recommendations to upgrade production equipment to maximize sales
    Participate in LACT installation, witnessing, calibrations and oversee contractors and operators to ensure that Apache’s measurement interest are monitored and meet contractual, state and federal requirements
    Provide onsite measurement assistance to Accounting, Operators. Foreman and Engineering when issues arise such as measurement disputes/discrepancies
    Assist proper Departments maintain LACT historic records to trend factors, S&W and /or items that could have an impact on the LACT performance.
    Be aware of LACT and run tickets record keeping locations for Apache meter documents that will satisfy contractual, state and federal requirements
    Assist in resolving transportation issues that arise involving trucking companies.

    Job Qualifications

    EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent required


    EXPERIENCE: 5+ Years of related experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent
                Must be proficient in computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Prolink
                Excellent communications and grammar skills, exhibited both in conversation and written materials
