    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    • Follow established guidelines and procedures for receiving, documenting, and scanning documents for processing
    • Ability to manage, maintain and process original physical document structure/order received for scanning and returned in exact same

    • Preparation of documents for scanning
    • Exhibit ability to take verbal and written instructions to properly process document imaging projects and interpret end users

    • Enter required light categorization into transmittal form/full indexing capabilities
    • Scan, verify and upload of documents
    • Accurately deliver scanning projects in accordance to verbal and written instructions
    • Ensure operation of equipment is correct (cleaning and calibration of scanners and associated equipment on a regular basic)
    • Perform Quality Checks on scanned documents during processing standards
    • Reprocessing documents/pages as such requirements arise

    Job Qualifications

    • Ability to work effectively with supervision
    • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently with minimal direction
    • Sound judgment to identify and report problems to supervisors and contribute to solutions
    • Sensitivity to and experience handling confidential documents
    • Ability to operate a computer and scanner
    • Exhibit high degree of attention to detail and consistency during the execution of daily tasks
    • Good time management and organizational skills
    • Effective communication & interpersonal skills
    • Flexible, proactive, diligent and self-motivated approach to work

    • Ability to be trained to operate multiple scanning applications
    • Ability to be trained to become familiar with Land records
    • Ability to prioritize and identify urgent requests
    • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
    • College/advanced degree and/or 3+ industry experience
