    Key Duties/Responsibilities

    Job Summary:

     

    The Organization Change Management Analyst will support the Organization Change Management team lead in achieving successful change management and sustainment objectives and will work within the IT Strategy and Planning team.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the rollout of change management initiatives to maximize employee engagement and minimize disruption to the business
    • Assist with stakeholder management and engagement activities including coaching and resistance management
    • Assist in the development of change strategies including communication and training plans, OCM roadmaps, measurement and sustainment plans
    • Review and draft OCM artifacts and communications in support of change initiatives
    • Track and maintain change management metrics
    • Assist with assessing the priority and impact of changes including impacts to business processes, systems and technology and people (job roles and organization)
    • Support the coordination and planning of change related functions in support of IT and the business
    • Other duties as assigned by management

    Job Qualifications

    Experience:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
    • 2-5 years experience using change management principles and methodologies, preferably in Oil & Gas industry
    • Understanding of project management approaches, tools and project lifecycle phases and the integration of change management activities into the project plan 
    • Experience in developing change management plans/tools, including stakeholder analysis, communication and training plans 
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

    • Must have strong oral and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented, proactive, and highly organized
    • Capable of taking innovative approaches to problem solving 
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
    • Customer-service oriented
    • Strong, positive interpersonal skills
