Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Maintain SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) including troubleshooting and fixing all user issues;
  • Audit and monitor data integrity within SuccessFactors LMS. Develop and document process or policies as needed to establish consistent use of system. Maintains ongoing learning technology processes and documentation;
  • Test all changes to the SuccessFactors LMS system, post and test eLearning modules, ensure accurate audience assignments, and assessment scoring. Perform testing for any enhancements or new functionality. Manage the implementation of cloud-based system upgrades.
  • Generate and manage training within the SuccessFactors LMS. Maintain an updated curriculum database, learning management system and training records;
  • Mend SuccessFactors LMS issues and divergence. Classify replies that need direct attention and disseminate them for action;
  • Develop queries, tools and reports in SuccessFactors LMS for team. Administer regular and/or requested reports as required to track results of employee’s attainment of courses and per special request. Monitor and assist supervisors and managers while working with reporting tool;
  • SuccessFactors LMS Ensure employee training accuracy and assure that employees acquire training within appointed time frames. Coordinate a filing system of sign-in papers and LMS aspects for audit purposes;
  • Organize, educate and supervise data access within the company’s HR and Training & Development initiatives. Administer and amend training information for the SuccessFactors LMS;
  • Conduct business activities in support of the Learning and Development Department such as partnering with learning and development trainers and project coordinator to schedule and host training. Processes invoices, billing, and related financial documentation. Manages contract requirements and fulfillment through Legal and Procurement;
  • Sustain advanced organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments;
  • Establish support for distinctive customer service to both internal and external customers. Support varying aspects of vendor management, establish and/or maintain relationships with vendors to sustain user and system documentation, training, and change management procedures.
  • Train additional system admins and users as necessary. Facilitate end user training of SuccessFactors LMS application as necessary;
  • Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information and follow up as needed;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills;
  • Affirm innovative and cultivated ideas and developments. Maintain expertise in current SuccessFactors LMS environment and future of LMS and Training & Development field;
  • Deliver proven analytical problem solving and time management skills;
  • Maintain motivation with strong initiative that can consistently meet deadlines and juggle priorities working in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment;
  • Achieve alternative associated duties and tasks as designated or as become perceptible;
  • Strong computer skills, strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education or related field;
  • Experience or knowledge in SuccessFactors LMS and/or Skillsoft (Skillport 8i) system, SumTotal LMS, or other leading LMS option(s); 
  • Experience as main administrator and support for a cloud-based corporate learning management system to a large division or workforce;
  • Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in related field;
  • Experience in training logistics and coordination;
  • Comfort in oral and written communications;
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff;
  • Experience with developing and managing process (and process change) documentation;
  • Proven work or educational experience in organizational development, training, employee development, facilitating and coordinating multiple training events in a business setting;
  • Experience with e-learning concepts and tools such as hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies, Intranet design tools, and multimedia applications- including Adobe Presenter, Adobe Captivate, and Flash.
